The Bhajani Veena of the company Paloma is a kind of folk tanpura with simple material quality and workmanship.The sound is lively and pleasant, however, not quite as full and warm as our branded tanpuras. All in all it is a compact, visually attractive and a particularly reasonably priced beginner’s instrument. With its five playing strings, the bhajani veena is equivalent to an instrumental tanpura and may just as well be tuned easily to a note around C.
